TERM AND CONDITIONS
• Standard occupancy 2 persons in each bedroom.
• Guestroom rate are applicable for single or double occupancy including daily breakfast for 2 persons.
• Contract rates indicated are NETT inclusive of 21% government tax and service charge and non-commissionable.
• Above price are valid for FIT only. Conference, Incentive and Ad Hoc Group rates are available upon request.
• Check in time is at 14.00 hrs and check out time is 12.00 hrs. Request for extended check out time will be based on rooms availability.
• Check-out time until 18.00 hrs : Half day charge - Check-out time after 18.00 hrs : Full day charge.
• Cancellation Policy
• Normal Season : 72 hours prior to arrival or no show : One (1) night room charge will be applied.
• High / Peak season: 21 days prior to arrival or no show : One (1) night room charge will be applied.

FAMILY PLAN
• Children under 10 years old sharing parent’s room FOC (excluding breakfast) and maximum 2 children sharing parent’s room.
• Breakfast for children under 6 years old FOC (if accompanied by two paying adults).
• Meals for children at 50% off contract rate.

OTHER BENEFITS
