domestic airfare ?
A: Unfortunately the package price does not include airfare, but we
can help and do pre-purchase all domestic airfares at superb rates. These
rates tend to change during the seasons so please feel free to
contact one of our professional travel advisors for a quote on all
the domestic transport you will need on your trip.
*Please note that do to the remote locations, domestic airfare is a
must arrange in advance by purchase round trip air ticket.

A: we have two types of receiving the payment 1). Bank wired
transfer on behalf our company bank account, 2). Credit card through
PayPal on our business PayPal account.

A: No, we have company bank account as well as our
PayPal account is business. Both account is legitimated
and verified by the two institution. This is a trust
where you can feel save in soul and mind when sending
the fund to us. Because company bank account is protected by government

Q: About the tour, do you confirm it is
a private trip?
A: Yes, we do serve all is private trips based on the group of your
friends or family.
Q: How do i make booking?
A: To book tour packages,

joining the trip and domestic flight assistance includes each name
of people for flight booking (if any), we will respond your email
less than 6 hours business working day.
To book
room hotels, some of the rooms and prices might not be available
for some dates. To see a confirmed, final rate for your booking

Q: are there no direct flights from Bali to Pangkalan Bun?
A:
there is no direct flight Bali to Pangkalan bun airport. You must
transit in Jakarta airport then fly into Pangkalan bun.
Just a few questions/possible adaption’s:
Shouldn't there be one more day in total in Baluran because we
arrive late at day 11 and already leave early at day 12??? Please
adjust if this is a failure
A: Actually on day 11(previous program) after ijen, leaving ijen
post around 1pm and getting to Baluran NP area 3pm. There are many
possibilities to explore Baluran NP in the afternoon/night soon when
you get there but think you feel bit tired after Ijen hiking.
Additional day is good option. So that you can more complete
exploring the Baluran by staying one more day.
in the T.P. NP we observe according to program several times feeding of
the Orangutans, Could we also go somewhere to see them in the wild?
Or no chance? Are we flexible to let the boat drive to such places
instead as well?
A: The itinerary is just describe you what you are going to do each
activities and if you found best spot which decided by you, our
guide will be easy going on this issue. What you cannot change (bit
difficult) when adding more day in duration of the tour from the
program that you already agreed. Says like on the way up & down
river, found Orangutan in the river banks eating fruits etc, then
boat has to stop. Our guide/captain will have eagle eyes and letting
you know when we see the animals/wild orangutan.
Could we get some more information about the boat/Klotok, like name,
size, pictures, kind of matraze, fridge possible? Or change to one
with frifge please!?
A: we enclosed the boat pictures in the new trip dossier that you
can see our boat , Name Kosasi/Orangutan Odysseys (-+17m long, 4m
wide and 2m deep) Mattress is made by Kapok+ Pillow+ sheet+ Mosquito
net. Also we have first aids + Life jacket + Mosquito repellent. The
boat equipped with cold shower, western toilet+ tissue+ kitchen+
Cool Box with ice cube in it (fridge) where you can store like soft
drink etc. Our boat/Klotok is nice color painting amongst the boat
in Tanjung puting but more important that our boat crews is most
friendly and smiling than others.
is there a more direct way from or to Sukamade or do we need 10h (6+4)
driving at that day back via Kalibaru, if no other chance than ok,
the beach sounds great!
A: Sorry, There isn’t, it’s only way that can be accessed by jeep.
Normal car not possible. Because the road to Sukamade is no asphalt
and passing two rivers. Jeep 4x4 is the only option.
What would one day more at Sukamade cost roughly? (Just for
information to get an idea if we can afford it because it sounds so
well)
A: we added 1 day in Sukamade and 1 day in Baluran. So totals days
14 days 13 nights and we already added the price in revised trip
dossier.
Time Period of travel:
Either between Aug 18th and Sep 3rd (have to be back in Singapore at
Sep 2nd) or start after Sep 9th
A: can you please more details of time travel. You need to be back
to Singapore 2nd of Sept but travel time between 18th august and 3rd
of Sept. if you can fix the starting time of travel. It will be
great. Then we can reserve the airfare, boat, guide ,room etc what
does mentioned in included. Because its high season until Mid Sept.
If possible adjust that:
Flight Pangkalan bun Solo preferred for shorter traveling time
A: Flight into Solo from Pbun every Wednesday and Sunday at 10.05.
Its only shorter time of fly into Solo. So we need to adjusted the
day you will leaving Jakarta. So that you can take their flight
schedule either Wed or Sun. So you must arrived in Jakarta at the
first day on Wednesday then take flight Sunday to Solo or Arrive
Jakarta on Saturday and take their flight on Wednesday to Solo.
Full moon at Sukamade for better option of turtles
A: Yes, we can see them much easier but the wave from south sea is
bit hard especially when water is high/High tide. But generally you
can see them at Sukamade. So 2 days spending there is good chances.
Flight to Jakarta from Singapore easily possible
A: yes but unfortunately, the connecting flight into Pangkalan bun
is not possible(bit risky). Because As you know flight is beyond our
control. Its out of our management. We just have the right to book
and fly with the airlines. If delayed or cancelled, honestly, it’s
not our responsibility but we can adjust the program for one more
day only if flight happened cancelled. So far, it’s rare cancelled
unless if uncontrollable weather or for safety reason, they will
cancel.
How much luggage are we allowed to take with us? 20kg pp?
A: For Jakarta Pangkalan bun allowed checked in languages 15kg and
the same to Solo. 4 of you are allowed 60kg. If exceed more than
60kg, per kg around IDR 25,000/kg to ID 50,000/kg. And cabin (carry
with you) max 5kg.
